Mold Inspection and Mold Remediation Specialists
There are many new-comers in the mold inspection and mold remediation industry. If mold is not identified and removed properly, it will grow back and all of the money spent to test and remove the mold will need to be spent again. All of our mold inspectors are certified to ensure that your inspections will be performed properly.

An adequate number of sample points must be chosen to ensure that localized areas of mold contamination are detected.

Mold Remediation
If the mold samples come back positive IEC's certified mold contractors are capable of completely removing all traces of mold from your property. Mold remediation will be performed in accordance with EPA and ACGIH guidelines. Full containments will be constructed which covers the work area. HEPA filtered negative air pressure units will be used to maintain pressure differential between the contaminated area and the rest of the building. These precautions must be taken to prevent the spread of contamination to the rest of your property. Water and mold damaged materials are removed and bagged for disposal. Scraping, sanding, and other techniques are used to clean up all remaining areas.

Once the mold remediation of your property is complete, IEC will have an independent consultant perform the final post remediation mold inspection to verify that all traces of mold have been removed properly. Once the independent consultant gives clearance, the containtment can be removed and restoration of your property can begin.
